ECONOMIC SABOTAGE                                         7th November

_________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Sabotage is a deliberate action aimed at weakening a polity or corporation through subversion, obstruction, disruption, or destruction. In a workplace setting, sabotage is the conscious withdrawal of efficiency generally directed at causing some change in workplace conditions. One who engages in sabotage is a saboteur. Saboteurs typically try to conceal their identities because of the consequences of their actions.

Any unexplained adverse condition might be sabotage. Sabotage is sometimes called tampering, meddling, tinkering, malicious pranks, malicious hacking, a practical joke or the like to avoid needing to invoke legal and organizational requirements for addressing sabotage.

The Crime and Punishment Journal 7th November 2014

Through two world wars and before then the world has struggled to understand finances, economies and how society is structured. From the time of the stone age, when people lived in caves and hunted together thee must have been rules about who did what work and received what in terms of payment. Probably the women remained mostly in the camp where it as safest, and the strongest men ventured out and hunted. The best hunters returned with the most food, and passed their skills on to the next generation. They were rewarded with their choice of mates and companions. As language developed from mono-syllabic to languages including forms of writing, so society itself became more complex and money was invented.
