23rd April 2014

Dear Sir,

I know you are busy, so I'll keep this brief.

The N.Z. courts have appointed N.Z. Guardain Trust Limited as my property manager under the Protection of Personal Property Act, a situation which has existed for over fifteen years, during which time I inherited $160,000 from my deceased aunt, but which now has all gone.

The reason the court has chosen to do this is unclear to me, but it has at its basis the reason that they believe I am irrational, which is not true, or mentally ill, again apperently not so. They say they are doing it to protect me, but I have been forced to pay them $50,000 in management fees and they have prevented me from bringing court action.

The situation is I now have an arreas in my rates, cannot afford insurance and am unemployable, existing on an invalid's benefit.

The order expires this year and they say they cannot afford to renew it.

Rather than wait until then, I'm requesting from your government a sum of money- let's say $40,000, to enable me to survive without selling some of my real estate (valued at $500,000, 2 sections and a house).

The reason I think the government owes me money is because of software, namely the timing system, written in JavaScript, for the browser or Mozilla Browser. Your Minister Amy Adams M.P. has most of the details, the previous Minister, Hon. Stephen Joyce M.P. said I should take it to civil court, and teh District Court has jurisdiction.

It is a very simple case.

What I'm suggesting you do is ask Parliament to pay me $40,000.
