To the congregation at St John Baptist
Anglican Church,  Te Puke.

When I was charged by the police on 11th October 2012 for allegedly sexually assaulting two children under the age of 12, and for allegedly driving while under the influence of alcohol, I was naturally traumatised.
As referred to in my letter last week, the sexual incident was allegedly witnessed by two people who gave video evidence to the police, who believed them.
It didn't happen. The next day I appeared in court in Tauranga and contracted a lawyer, David Bates who gave me an application for legal aid and my sister made arrangements at short notice to fly from Brisbane, Australia, to support , and to drive me to court because the police had taken away my driver's licence for 28 days.
I contacted the church, and the vicar, Rev. Brian Hamilton visited me at my home at Maketu some time later. When he arrived, we shook hands, and he gave me a Masonic handshake, with the  index finger extended down my wrist. Now I'm not a freemason (and I couldn't give this handshake because my index finger was removed by a surgeon), but my Uncle Buster, who was married to my mother's sister was Grandmaster in the Te Puke Masonic Lodge before they

died. Therefore I claim  to have some knowledge of what masons do although I am not an expert, and none of what I know came from my uncle.
A friend of mine in the United States married a man whose father  was a member of the Oddfellows Lodge which is a similar organisation and there are many more. They claim to be benevolent organisations despite the fact that generally people do not leave once they have joined, like the Mongrel Mob, and all that they do is secret.
It is similar to the church, where the Vicar will tell something in confidence to the Bishop, and the Bishop consults the Archbishop, but one Bishop does not know what the other bishops do.
We have a huge problem with paedopheli all ove the world. I know of a girl (first hand) who was assaulted (raped) by her father, but nobody can help her. (I told my doctor but she cannot or will not help. The same with my previous doctor.) This cause is my first priority, and global warming is the second. Sexual exploitation of a child destroys that child. Believe me. My friend has multiple personalities as a result.
The Anglican Church also has a great problem with it, and the church in Tasmania is selling  property to pay out to its victims. Personally I disagree with this. Congregations do not give their money to be paid out to priests who abuse children.
The state is responsible for the victims.

Dear Malcolm,
Thank you for your cards. I am intrigued to see the work you have put into your website.
However I'm sorry I cannot comply with your request for finance. The Anglican Church does
not support individuals by making regular payments towards their upkeep. That is the task of
the Government department  Work and Income. Perhaps you should talk to them about your
invalid's benefit.

Yours sincerely,

Brian Hamilton
