Following the Hearing of 17th January 2008 I was free to go home. So what led to my neighbours complaining to the police that they were scared of me and needed to have me detained under the Mental Health Act?

To be honest I couldn't say. I don't know. The specific incident was when I stuck the image above to the letterbox of my neighbours at 38. I live at 42 and there is a section which I own between myself and the people, Cathy and Kevin at 46.
