Dear Sir,

In 2012 Rev'd Brian Hamilton after a church service on  Sunday asked me who my Dr is, because he had received a phone call or an email from you and he was "concerned" that I was "not taking my medication".

There was no reason for me to tell him, but because we are both believers in God, and Jesus Christ, I told him Claire Mc Nally. (Farm Street Family Health Centre- 07-575-4001).

Subsequently I received a phone call from Claire, who asked me to visit her as a result of a phone call from Brian.

On the following Thursday I did so, and and she thought that it was urgent that I be assessed by medical specialists from Tauranga Hospital. She said it was entirely up to me, but I thought it was unnecessary, however I agreed and phoned, or Claire did and made an appointment. Apparently the reason was letters or a letter I had written to you, whose contents I now can't recall. 

Being unavailable on Friday, it was agreed that the "urgent" visit would take place on Saturday. Consequently two employees of Tauranga Hospital drove to my home and we spoke for an hour or so. A report was made to my GP, but I was not allowed to see the  contents of it. Nothing eventuated. I'm not on medication, nor being treated by Mental Health.

I'm merely reporting this to you to set your mind at ease, that I'm not on medication, and don't see the need to take any.

I'm including in this letter to you some ideas I was going to send to you but have decided to send to the Opposition Health spokesperson. I'm not a Labour Party supporter, and do not like national. As you may note, Brian has now retired, and as you are planning to do soI wish you all the best in your retirement.

During my discussions with Mental Health, I pointed out to them the results of a judicial review of Tauranga Hospital's last attempt to medicate me. The full judgement by Judge Donovan is here at

This is old history.

The latest event happened on the 11th October 2012 when I was assaulted, and my car windscreen smashed in Church Street Maketu, and the police charged me with indecent assault and took away my driving licence.

My lawyer is David Bates of www.bateslaw.co.nz 

and he had the charges dropped, and paid half my legal bills for me. I'm still interested to know why I was charged and why I should pay anything at all in legal fees and why my sister had to fly from Australia at her expense to support me and pay over $2,000 of my bill.
