Dear Sir,
I have written you a number of letters, which you have apparently
ignored. I am now going to "hold your feet to the fire" so to speak by
publishing this on my web site so the public can see the facts for
themselves and ask the questions which need to be answered.

As you should know, I have a property management order granted by the
court giving Guardian Trust control of my property. I object to this as
being unnecessary, since it is for my protection but it is preventing me
from maintaining a relationship which may well lead to marriage and a
family.

The issue is my software and ownership of a number of International
trade marks and patents, among them Sun, Dragon, Monarch and others.
Under these are software which I claim to have written myself and still
own. I can prove this if I am allowed to put my case to the court.

Another brand name I claim to own is Pall Mall, and I actually a
magazine called the Pall Mall Gazette. Pall Mall is also a property in
the Monopoly game, and therefore where there is a dispute about who owns
the name, it has to be ruled on by the court. I am not allowed by law to
put my case to the court, and have temporarily or permanently lost my
legal rights, which I think the government should be concerned about and
help me to remedy, unless there is a good reason for it.
I have asked that you and Tau Henare talk to John Key and Bill English
and find out by what mechanism you can make me a payment of (between
$10,000 and $50,000) to me for my profits in Pall Mall (and British and
American Tobacco), knowing that tobacco is a Native American species of
plant which it is illegal to sell under their law. This is not the
easiest case, but it is the one I want to be first, I know you can help
me if you set your legal minds to it, or failing that pass an act of
parliament. Please don't say crazy or nuts because I don't accept that
sort of negative comment.

In the case of my timing system software written in JavaScript for the
web browser, as it is essential to the operation of the browser I am
saying I should be allowed to charge a reasonable fee of $2,009, the
same as the current year, for my software. I also want up to 51% ($1
minimum per month from the $29.95 fee charged for internet connections

My third case is Mainland Cheese which is a company or brand name like
Universal pictures, Galaxy brand and Sun, which is (first )registered in
China. Gavin Chapman was a marketing manager for Asda Supermarkets until
politics forced him out. He, like me has financial responsibilities. I
don't expect you or Tau Henare to have heard of him because he is a
school friend of mine, but a lot of people I went to High School with
know him, and know me as the boy who scored 147 in the primary school I
Q test, and know that I am far from being deluded or a moron, as some
would prefer to think of me.
Gavin Chapman is married to Heather, and has two children, Mark and
Nicola, who I saw last in 1991 when Nicol was about four year old.
Murray and Tau, I don't expect you know who Nicola and Gavin are, but
Helen Peters may do as she and Gavin used to be friends in high school.
Gavin and his wife could use the money I could give them (once I get
access to the 200 million euros a month a single euro from the 30 euros
a month 200 million internet connections currently pay), and likewise he
could be receiving a salary from Mainland or (Anchor/Chelsea, another
brand I claim to own), for his work as marketing manager, and not for
acting in advertisements I made digitally some time ago. This claim may
be hard to prove, however ownership of Sun and Dragon is simple as I
have proven it to the people who matter, the Shaolin Monks, students of
China's top martial arts school and top learning establishment in the
understanding of Mandarin and Buddhism.
