Re my case for compensation from the government for my treatment by the police and health authorities which I have spoken to my former M.ember for Parliament, Hon. Tony Ryall M.P. about, and which has been the subject of several letters to yourself, I can report that I have brought this matter to the personal attention of the Minister for Justice, Hon. Simon Power M.P. who clearly understands my situation but who says he is unable to assist me.
Therefor I think it is now time that you fully understand the situation, and my predicament as regards the law and my legal rights.
