In DOS 5 there are two types of memory. Expanded memory, or actual physical memory - or RAM, and Extended memory, which is Virtual Memory on the chip itself, which is much faster to access. At that time Extended Memory was addressed or called as The Microsoft Virtual Machine. After the browser was introduced it was renamed the "Java Virtual Machine". It is not just a matter of changing a file or directory name.

Microsoft owns a lot of the essential software the computer uses. So does Sun/JavaScript. The browser is written in JavaScript. To interface, the Operating System is written in a higher level language (C++ and "compiled" to interface with the browser. The browser window is the window you see on your computer screen. The browser contains a lot of the Operating System's essential software, such as the mouse, which used to be part of DOS.

The point is this, and you may find it irrelevant or contentious, but notwithstanding - part of the browser software is the Timing System, which is also essential. I may or may not own it, depending on what I can prove in court. Stephen Joyce says it is none of his business and I should take it to (a civil) court, but I can't as I have a property manager who says I don't want to.

Later this year I will get rid of my property manager, (because he has spent most of my money on his fees and I have none left to pay him with), but I still wont be taking it to court because I no longer need to. Also Guardian Trust in Tauranga has spent on administration fees, the $50,000 I would have used, and now I am broke, apart from my $500,000 in real estate which I don't want to sell.

You should be aware, that since I claim to own the timing system, which accesses the CPU through the Java Virtual Machine, I also claim the right to charge 100 pounds per copy for my software. This amy appear to be

grandiose or deluded thinking to you as Mr Joyce and others have suggested mockingly but there is little I can do about it. I know what I wrote, when I wrote it and where.

I say there that I know what I'm talking about.

Here is what I think you need to know

Telecom provides the internet in this country. It should cost $30 per month with a landline.

In the USA - which is a bigger market it costs $14.95 per month.

The speed needs to be faster, which would cost nothing. Telecom could provide the complete (landline internet) service to all the others providers (ISPs) for $15 per month, and they could sell it for $20 or $25 a month and make a profit, or they (telecom) could sell it for $25 per month, and they (the other ISPs) could resell the same internet for $30 and still make a profit. I have been paying $95 per month, and $110 with overseas phone calls. It can be done on the internet- even though I have a cell phone, but not a smart phone.

I'm not even going to go into Android- which is free- but the internet isn't. JavaScript is the same software your television uses to broadcast its pictures.

I know something about Android, the timing system too, which isn't that great, and possibly will fail in due course. But time will tell, and I can wait, knowing what I know.

I'm entitled to 1 Euro per month from 600 million European internet users. I hope to find partners who will help me realize this but I'm not asking for your help as I have other irons in the fire.

All I want is for you to know I have no respect for people like Mr Joyce who have no idea what they are talking about.

My satisfaction comes from writing tight code, with no errors which works. The original DOS-5 operating system was only 640K - less than 1 Mb. I have written code with up to 4K characters- every one an essential line of code.

That's all.

Thanks for your time.
