I complained that the Judge
I had to hear my case against Guardian
Trust and my uncle Buster Walter, and his Freemason mates at Guardian
Trust Craig Roebuck and Stephen Collins,
had been raped by Mr Patterson
the day before my hearing.
This is a very serious accusation and I do not believe it has been
investigated, or at least if it has been, I have not been informed, and
that is a prerequisite if I am directly affected.
Has anybody spoken to the Judge and asked her if she has a complaint to
make. It is possible there could be some change to the result if any
sexual contact did take place between Patterson and Somerville. If it
did, Patterson could argue that it was consensual, but it would be
exactly the same as sex between a doctor and a patient. A doctor patient
relationship is a different power relationship between a lawyer and a
Judge.If there is a threat recorded on a tape recorder, than surely that
is evidence of a threat (to kill). You may say that such threats have
not been made by these people against me, but I say they have.
I suggest Howard Broad get the Judge on the phone and ask her if she
remembers the case which involved Mr Baker and Mr Patterson and Steve
Collins, and if she does, maybe ask her how she enjoyed it, and see what
she says.
I'm going to publish this, and if I defame anybody there can be no
repercussions, the sqame if somebody assaulted me.
