Mr Malcolm Baker
42 Spencer Avenue
MAKETU 3189

Minister of Police,
Parliament Buildings,
Wellington.

11th June 2009

Minister,
May I ask you again what progress has been made on the investigation
into the complaint by Judge Annis E Somerville, into a threat to kill
her, on tape by John Patterson, lawyer of Hobec in Tauranga?

I have spoken to Mr Patterson directly by telephone with my
allegations, and he denies them saying I am the only one who has accused
him.
But I do not have access to the personal property of the Judge, so I do
not know if the Dictaphone was working when the words were spoken, nor
whether the Judge has made a complaint, out of fear for her personal safety.
Can you assure me that judges are not threatened or have been harmed
(assaulted) by lawyers, who should know the  law.
This is only one of three complaints, but is the most serious, and I
think it deserves to be investigated, if only to clear Mr Patterson's
reputation.
I can show you his letters to me and the threats he has made to me,
verbally and in writing if you are at all interested.

Malcolm James Baker.
