Thank you for your reply (17th April) to my letter concerning Sing. His name could be Hasamer (Sandu) but as you point out you cannot discuss specific cases. I have passed your letter on to his lawyer David Bates, but I may have made an error - I think he was on probation, not parole - but anyway according to him in our conversation - the charges were dropped before reaching court after he had spent a month in prison.
I doubt that he has any money because he is too ill to work, and receives a benefit. He is of good character, having served with the British Army in Yugoslavia, and in Hong Kong where he lived after leaving India. He is fluent in Mandarin, Urdu, Punjabi, and English and holds the rank of Captain, Major (or General). I met him in Ward 17 at Tauranga Hospital in 2007.
I know from my own experience that it is impossible to live on the invalid's benefit, and it cost me at least $10,000 per year extra, over the last 12 years to do so. My Trust manager - Craig Roebuck at Guardian Trust in Tauranga receives my benefit but if if I wish to sue the two people who made false allegations against myself I do not have the funds to do so. In addition, in my own case I have a legal bill of $3,500 in one case and $4,000 in the other, loans I had to make from my sister and legal aid.
Legal aid charges 8% interest, and my sister considerably more. I believe Mr Hasamar has a daughter in America who is training as a nurse. Legal aid simply does not pay enough to permit experienced lawyers to do a decent job, in the case of our lawyer David Bates, a senior lawyer in the Justice System who used to be a police Inspector, and District Inspector of Mental Health.
My case is a criminal matter, in which I was assaulted, in my car on a public roadway, and wilful damage was done to my car. When I phoned 111, as outlined in a previous letter, I was charged with two accounts of indecent assault, which were false allegations, made knowingly but I cannot find out anything else about my case. My lawyer is still working on it, but as I say I have no money with which to pay him, which is why I've written to the Prime Minister asking him to authorise a payment to me in order to do this. The service I provide to the government is in the nature of software, but my ownership of it is disputed, which is why I wrote to the Minister Amy Adams detailing my claim. I cannot take it to court as Guardian Trust is preventing it.
I do not know the "medical" case Guardian Trust has against me, because nobody is allowed to tell me or my GP. I think it may have something to do with a letter I wrote to McDonald's asking permission to use their copyrighted patent trade mark in a painting which they twisted into a claim over their trade mark.
That letter made its way back to Guardian Trust and was mentioned by the Psychologist Guardian Trust contracted to evaluate me for the courts. I've not seen his report. His name is Dr Kumar. I do not understand why Guardian Trust feels it has the need to protect me from myself, and spending my money on unnecessary court cases and neither does Baywide Community law service in Tauranga who I contacted. The court order taken out in 2011 has now expired, and Guardian Trust now says I've improved but may change their minds if they see these letters but they have taken $50,000 from me and there is nothing left to pay their fees. It may be a clue.
They were also aware that I had written to yourself and the Prime Minister in about 2008 asking you to investigate a alleged attempt to pervert the course of justice when I suggested that a Judge may have been raped, or threatened with death in a recorded conversation, by my lawyer at the time John Patterson of Hobec. He is no longer my lawyer, but I consider that the information had come from a reliable source, and was too serious to ignore as bizare and unlikely. It however did rebound on me and I've put it in the past even though I have not heard whether or not the matter was investigated because of the Judges refusal to go to the police, and there being no alternative means of investigation. I hope this has changed.
